AIR-FRIED BLACK CHERRY BBQ WINGS
Whip up some juicy, winning wings this Wing Wednesday! Air-fried Black Cherry BBQ wings are quick and easy to make for your next party or tailgate. This recipe makes 2 lbs of wings, but can be easily doubled or halved to your preference.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of chicken wings (about 24 wings)
- An 8oz bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Black Cherry BBQ Cooking & Grilling Sauce
- 1 tb garlic powder
- 1 tb onion powder
- 1 tb paprika
- 1 tb adobo
- 1 tb avocado oil
- ½ tb Lemon pepper
- ¼ cup diced green onions

Directions:
Add all of your chicken wings to a large bowl. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, adobo, lemon pepper, and avocado oil and mix to combine (we start with about 1 tb of each, but please add more to your preference). We recommend wearing gloves and mixing by hand to help rub the seasoning into the wings.
Take 2 air-fryers and add about 12 wings to each fryer. Air fry at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 – 40 minutes until the internal temperature is 165 degrees. For a more even cook, you can flip the wings midway through the process.
Add all of your wings to a large baking dish. Pour 1 bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Black Cherry BBQ Cooking and Grilling sauce over the wings and use tongs to mix well! Sprinkle diced green onions over the wings and enjoy!
