Ingredients

1 large bag chicken wings, thawed and patted dry

cowboy pinwheels

Directions

In a large saucepan, bring vegetable oil to 375 degrees.  Using tongs, carefully add wings to the hot oil.  Keep the oil at 350 degrees (use an oil or candy thermometer to monitor).  Fry for approximately 10 minutes.  Remove wings when golden brown and place on paper towels to blot.  Remember to continuously monitor the wings until done.

In a large saucepan, melt better.  Add garlic powder, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and 3/4 bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Spyki Sauce.  Blend well.

Pour sauce into a large mixing bowl.  Add the fried wings and coat well. Place wings on a large platter.  Enjoy!
