  • An 8 oz bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Black Cherry BBQ Sauce
  • 1lb pork belly
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Take a large baking sheet, cover with foil, and set aside.

Cut your pork belly into bite-size cubes. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook up your pork belly bites in ½ tablespoon of olive oil. Add salt and pepper while cooking. Once cooked, transfer your pork belly bites onto your baking sheet (do not pour out the grease that’s in your pan!) and bake in the oven for 7 minutes.

While baking, take your skillet with pork belly juices and heat over medium-high heat. Once warm and bubbling, add about a tablespoon of honey to the pan and stir with a wooden spoon to mix. Next, add an entire 8 oz bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Black Cherry BBQ sauce and stir. Keep stirring and heat through.

Once your pork belly is done, add it to your sauce mixture! Stir and flip, making sure each piece of pork belly is smothered in saucy goodness. Let bubble to reduce and stick to the pork belly, then remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
