BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA

Ingredients:

Homemade pizza dough or store-bought
3 skinless chicken breasts (cooked and cubed or shredded)
Elda’s Kitchen Hot Wing Sauce
1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese
Ranch salad dressing or sauce to your liking

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 
  2. In a medium bowl combine the cubed chicken and hot wing sauce
  3. Spread ranch dressing over the crust 
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese 
  5. Add a layer of chicken 
  6. Add blue cheese 
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden
