Ingredients

  • An 8 oz bottle of Brie’s Drive-In Burger Sauce

  • ½ pound ground beef

  • 5 medium yukon gold potatoes (you can use any potatoes you like!)

  • 1 cup medium cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2 green onion stalks, diced

  • 3 pickle spears, diced

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Directions

In a medium pan over medium-high heat, cook up your ground beef, seasoning to your preference.

Next, wash your potatoes and use a fork to poke holes all over them. Microwave your potatoes until fully cooked (roughly 6 minutes).

Without cutting them open, butter the outside of your potatoes while their hot, and then season with your dry seasonings.

Time to stuff your potatoes! Slice each potato open and fill with your toppings. We like to top in this order—ground beef, cheddar cheese, onions, pickles, top with a hearty helping of Brie’s Drive-In Burger Sauce and enjoy!
