CHEESEBURGER TACOS
Taco Tuesday meets burger night in this combo recipe for cheeseburger tacos! Two classics combine to make a tangy, tasty treat that the whole family will love!
Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 bottle of Brie’s Diner Burger Sauce
- A pack of your favorite medium/large tortillas
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Toppings
- Your favorite cheese, sliced (we use cheddar)
- Lettuce, shredded
- Pickles, sliced
- Tomatoes, diced
- Tabasco sauce

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook your ground beef. Add your onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Once the meat has started to brown, add ¼ bottle of Brie’s Diner Burger Sauce and stir well to coat. If you like your meat spicier, we love to mix in Tabasco sauce with the burger sauce before pouring over the meat. Once your meat has cooked through, remove from skillet.
Next, butter both sides of a tortilla and place it in the skillet. Once one side has started to brown just a bit, flip the tortilla. Add a slice of cheese to the center of your tortilla. Once the cheese starts to melt a bit, start building your burger taco while the tortilla is finishing browning. We like to layer our taco in this order: cheese, meat, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and then top with more Brie’s Burger Sauce (mixed with Tabasco for a spicy kick). Serve with a side of chips and salsa or loaded fries and enjoy!
