featuring

Elda’s Kitchen Kentucky Bourbon Cooking & Grilling Sauce

Ingredients

Crescent Ring:

1 8 count package refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 1/2 cup cooked corned beef
1 1/2 cup sauerkraut
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 bottle Elda’s Kitchen Kentucky Bourbon Cooking and Grilling Sauce

Dipping Sauce:

1 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon sauerkraut juice
1 dash hot sauce
2 dashes Worcester sauce
2 teaspoons Elda’s Kitchen Kentucky Bourbon Cooking and Grilling Sauce

Bite Size Nachos

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Add 1/2 bottle Elda’s Kitchen Kentucky Bourbon Sauce to the cooked corned beef.  Mix well.

Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.  Open the crescent roll dough package.  Separate dough into triangles.  Arrange the triangles into a ring, using the smaller sides of the triangles to form a 5 inch open circle in the center.  Overlap the smaller sides as forming the open circle.  The dough should resemble a sun.

Evenly spoon corned beef on top of the dough closest to the center.  Evenly top corned beef with sauerkraut, then grated cheese.  Carefully fold the points of the triangles over the corned beef mixture, tucking the points under the dough.  Some of the mixture will be visible.  Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is cooked through and golden brown.  Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes. Enjoy!
