Ingredients:
1 Pre-rolled pie dough (can be found in the refrigerated section) or make your own Garlic and Herb Dough
3 eggs
3 T Half and Half
2 T Elda’s Kitchen Garlic and Herb Cooking Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
5 – 10 slices of bacon (depending on how much you like), pre-cooked and cut into large pieces
2 cups of cheese of choice, shredded

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Lay out pie dough and cut into circles using a circular cookie cutter

3. Place and form pie dough into muffin tins and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees

4. While pie dough is cooking, mix up eggs, half and half and Elda’s Kitchen Garlic and Herb Cooking Sauce

5. Place pre-cooked bacon and cheese (to taste) in partially cooked pie dough cups

6. Top with egg mixture

7. Place back in the oven and bake for about 10 – 15 minutes until golden brown on top

8. Top with green onions and serve
