GARLIC & HERB SHEET PAN CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Elda’s Kitchen Garlic and Herb Cooking and Grilling Sauce
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Your choice of chicken, boneless or bone in
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 baguette
Dip below
Dip:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green onions sliced
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons Elda’s Kitchen Garlic and Herb Cooking and Grilling Sauce
Directions:
Put a baking sheet in the oven and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl toss the chicken, tomatoes and onion with the Elda’s Kitchen Garlic and Herb Cooking and Grilling Sauce.
Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and evenly spread the chicken mixture on it.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Warm baguette and serve with dip.
