GARLIC PARMESAN SWEET POTATO FRIES
- A 15 oz bag of sweet potato fries, frozen
- An 8 oz bottle of Brie’s Drive-In Spicy Ketchup
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Parmesan & romano cheese blend, shredded
Air fry or bake your sweet potato fries. We air fry ours at about 400 degrees for around 10-15 minutes until crispy.
While air frying, mince your garlic and melt your butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook your garlic in the melted butter, stirring frequently until fragrant.
Add your fried (or baked) sweet potato fries to the skillet, stirring gently to coat in buttery garlic. Next, add your dry seasonings and your cheeses, again, stirring to coat. Finally, top with parsley and remove from heat.
Dish up, serve with a hearty helping of Brie’s Drive-In Spicy Ketchup and enjoy.
