GINGER BEEF
Ingredients:
5 oz rice
½ lb thinly sliced beef
4 oz Green Beans
1 ½ Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
2 teaspoons of Garlic finely chopped
2 teaspoons of Ginger finely chopped
½ cup of Elda’s Kitchen Korean Sesame or Ginger Teriyaki Sauce
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Cooking Oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Prepare rice as directed on package
Trim ends of Green Beans and cuts into 1 inch pieces
Heat 2 teaspoons of Oil on Medium High Heat in a medium skillet
Add green beans to skillet, season with a little salt and pepper
Saute Green Beans until tender approximately 3 minutes
Remove Green Beans from skillet and set aside
Using the same skillet over medium high heat add a Tablespoon of Oil (substitute with Sesame Oil if desired)
Add Thinly Sliced Beef and 2 teaspoons of Ginger
Cook Beef until browned
Add 2 Teaspoons of Garlic and saute for 30-45 seconds
Add ½ cup Elda’s Kitchen Cooking Sauce (or more to desired level of taste) to Skillet to coat Thinly Sliced Beef about ½ minute
Add Green Beans and Sesame Seeds and stir all the contents until hot
Plate Cooked Rice and top with the Ginger Beef and Green Beans
Salt and Pepper to taste, or drizzle more Elda’s Kitchen Sauce to taste
