1 bottle Elda’s Kitchen Green Hatch Chili Sauce Cooking & Grilling Sauce

Any vegetables you like (avocados, tomatoes, peppers, etc)

Any protein you like (ground beef, chicken, etc)

Your favorite cheese

Corn tortillas


Heat the Elda’s Kitchen Green Hatch Chili Sauce in a skillet.

Heat up a corn tortilla in the microwave for 15 seconds.

Soak the corn tortilla in the Hatch Green Chili Sauce on each side until it is flexible.
With a spatula put it flat on a plate.

Then pile on;

Ground beef, chicken, beans, whatever protein you want

Then cheese, chopped tomatoes, onions, lettuce, chopped black olives, diced green chilies, etc.

Then add another soaked tortilla.

You can make another layer if you’re super hungry. Top with sour cream and guacamole.
