HONEY GINGER & SOY CHICKEN BURGER

Ingredients:

1 Bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Honey Ginger & Soy Cooking and Grilling Sauce
1 pound ground chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs

Toppings and buns:

Hawaiian Rolls
Pineapple
Grilled onions
Tomato
Lettuce
An extra drizzle of Honey Ginger & Soy
Mayo (optional)

 

Directions:

Mix the above ingredients together and add in 1/2 of an 8 oz bottle of Honey Ginger & Soy.

Form the meat into about 5 patties. We decided on the size patties based on the size of our buns.

Grill the patties on medium-high heat until fully cooked.
