HONEY GINGER & SOY MARINATED PORK CHOPS
Place the Pork Chops into a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the Elda’s Kitchen Honey Ginger & Soy Cooking and Grilling Sauce into the bag. Close the bag and shake to coat the Pork Chops. Place Marinated Pork into refrigeration for 2 hours or overnight for more flavor.
Preheat your BBQ grill or grilling pan. When the grill is hot, place the Pork Chops on your grill and cook approximately 5-8 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
The Pork Chops can also be baked. Place Pork Chops on a baking sheet or baking dish and place it into a preheated (375 degrees F) oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
