Summer is the season for skewers of all sorts! Try out these sweet glazed honey ginger & soy skewers next time you fire up the grill and get ready for flavor fireworks.

  • A pack of wooden skewers

Marinate your chicken chunks in Honey Ginger & Soy sauce for at least an hour. While marinating, be sure to soak your wooden skewers in water.

Skewer your ingredients as you like! We like to alternative between chicken and vegetables (about 7 pieces of chicken per skewer).

Fire up the grill! Your temp should be about 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay your skewers out and let cook, turning to ensure grill marks and an even cook on all sides. After you turn them once, glaze with more Honey Ginger & Soy. Do this on all sides as you cook.

Once cooked through, remove from the grill and enjoy!
