We love this fan-submitted recipe that puts an Elda’s twist on Taco Tuesday! These plant-based* tacos will bring flavor and fun to any gathering or meal! Add an avocado spread or rice base for filling, and top with cilantro for a fresh-from-the-garden kick.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Cut cauliflower into florets, removing the stem to your preference. Next, place the cauliflower into a non-stick baking dish and coat the cauliflower with Elda’s Kitchen Hot Wing Cooking & Grilling Sauce to taste.

    Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower edges are golden-brown.

    While they are baking, you can prepare your sides and lightly fry your tortillas if you like!

    Remove from the oven, let cool, build your tacos, and enjoy!
