Cheesy, creamy, and kicking with jalapeno heat, this recipe for Jala-Hot Cheese Dip is a crowd-pleaser perfect for tailgating, parties, or charcuterie.
Ingredients
- An 8oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup fresh jalapeños, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or pepper jack for an extra kick)
- 1/3 bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Jala-Hot Cooking & Grilling Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees or fire up the grill!
In a large mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese. Add mayonnaise, jalapeños, and Elda’s Kitchen Jala-Hot Cooking & Grilling Sauce and stir well to combine. When almost combined, add shredded cheese and stir into mixture.

Spoon the cheese mixture into a square pan (foil or cast iron work great if grilling) and spread out with spoon to ensure an even cook. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until the cheese melts and the top begins to crisp. If you like crispier dip, let cook a bit longer than average. Enjoy!
