JAMAICAN JERK GRILLED SHRIMP
Place the Shrimp into a large resealable plastic bag or container. Pour 3⁄4 of a bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Jamaican Jerk Cooking and Grilling Sauce into the bag or container. Seal the bag and shake to coat the Shrimp. Place Shrimp into refrigeration for 2 to 3 hours.
Remove Marinated Shrimp and place on Skewers (Note: if using Wood Skewers soak in water to prevent burning).
Preheat your BBQ grill or grilling pan. When the grill is a hot place, place the Shrimp Skewers on your grill and cook approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
Use the remaining bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Jamaican Jerk Cooking and Grilling Sauce to baste the shrimp while grilling.
Not “Jerking” anyone around here – This sauce is that awesome!
