Elda’s Kitchen Korean Sesame Cooking & Grilling Sauce

Ingredients

4 servings (6 shrimp each) large shrimp
2 cups steamed white rice
4 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh snow peas
1 cup cooked broccoli
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 bottle Elda’s Kitchen Korean Sesame Cooking and Grilling Sauce
vegetable oil
kosher salt
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped green onion
sesame seeds

Bite Size Nachos

Directions

Heat 3 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large frying pan on medium heat.  Add garlic to the pan.  Stir.  Add a pinch of kosher salt.  Add mushrooms and stir until done.  Add red bell pepper and 2 to 3 tablespoons Elda’s Kitchen Korean Sesame Sauce, enough to add moisture to the pan.  Mix well.  Remove vegetables from pan and place in bowl.

Keeping the frying pan on medium heat, add shrimp.  Sprinkle shrimp with a pinch of kosher salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.  Flip and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp is pink and opaque.

Return vegetables to frying pan.  Add steamed broccoli and sesame oil and cook until heated through.  Add 1/2 bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Korean Sesame Sauce, or more to taste.  Mix well.  Remove from heat.

Divide steamed rice into 4 servings.  Place rice in center of 4 dinner plates.  Spoon 6 shrimp and vegetables on top of rice.  Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top of each serving. Enjoy!
