  • 9 small to medium size potatoes (we use gold potatoes). 

  • ¼ cup sweet pickles, diced

  • ¼ cup red onion, diced

  • 3 hard boiled eggs, diced

  • 1 tablespoon mustard 

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 

  • 3 tablespoons of Brie’s Drive-In Burger Sauce 

  • Salt 

  • Pepper


Set a large pot of water on high heat to boil. While waiting for the water to come to boil, wash, peel, and dice your potatoes. Once your water is boiling, add your potatoes and boil until fork-soft. Next, add salt and pepper to taste.

Drain potatoes and place in a bowl. Add your onions, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, and Brie’s Burger Sauce and mix gently with a spoon to combine. Feel free to add additional ingredients or more of your sauces to taste!  Add your eggs and mix very well. We usually add a bit more burger sauce, salt and pepper, and mayo at this point. Let cool in fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Plate up and enjoy!
