PULL-APART SLIDERS
Get ready for some ooey-gooey pull-apart goodness! These cheesy pull-apart sliders are easy to make and perfect for dipping and finger-licking!
Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 bottle of Brie’s Diner Burger Sauce
- ½ tablespoon of olive oil (avocado oil or any other light to flavorless oil will work great)
- 1 pack of soft rolls (we used King’s Hawaiian savory butter rolls)
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- Medium cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 cup mild white cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup sweet pickles, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ stick of butter, melted
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame seeds

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add your choice of oil. Let heat for a moment and then add your diced onion. Salt lightly and let cook for a minute or two. Once the onion starts to turn translucent, use a wooden spoon to push all the onion to the edge of the pan.
Add your ground beef to the pan (not on the onions). Break up ground beef and add a few dashes of salt and pepper, garlic powder, steak seasoning, and onion powder. Mix your meat well. Once it has begun to brown, mix the onions back into the meat and let cook.
Once your meat has cooked through, strain off any excess liquid and transfer the meat and onion mixture to a bowl. Add your pickles and mix well. Add 3 tablespoons of Brie’s Diner Burger Sauce to the mix and stir well to coat.
Next, take your entire pack of rolls. Don’t tear them apart, leave them connected. Cut the entire block of rolls in half through the center of the rolls (see image above). You should have 2 large top and bottom halves of rolls. Remove the top half and cover the bottom half with sliced cheddar cheese (about 5 slices).
Line a medium-sized baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the bottom half of your rolls on the sheet and add the beef on top of the cheese. Top the beef with your shredded mild white cheddar. Place the top half of the rolls on top of the cheese. Using a basting brush and your melted butter, butter the tops of your rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the rolls.
Broil your sliders on low for 5-7 minutes (or until golden brown). Let cool for a moment and serve with Brie’s Diner Burger Sauce for dipping and enjoy!
