SMASHED POTATOES
You’ve had mashed potatoes, but these smashed potatoes take the idea of crispy potato goodness to the next level. Drizzle with and dip in our Spicy Ketchup, and you’ve got a side fit for your next brunch or bbq.

Ingredients
- 12 yukon gold potatoes (or similar small, round potato)
- An 8 oz bottle of Brie’s Drive-In Spicy Ketchup
- Salt
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Directions

Bring a pot of water (salted lightly) to boil. Wash your potatoes (don’t peel) and, once the water is boiling, add them to the water. Boil until fork tender (about 10 minutes).
Once soft, remove from water and add to a lined baking sheet. Take a sturdy glass and smash each potato down using the bottom of the glass. Top the smashed potatoes with a hearty drizzle of melted butter, then season with salt, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Broil on high for 5 minutes, remove from oven and plate up! Serve with a side of Brie’s Drive-In Spicy Ketchup and enjoy.
