Meatloaf has had a bad reputation for too long! No more dry, flavorless meatloaf–try this recipe for our spicy ketchup meatloaf, and you might just find a new favorite meal for the rotation. Juicy, flavorful, and so easy to make–it’s definitely worth a try!

  • 1 large onion, chopped and blended in food processor

  • 1 and ½ pounds lean ground beef

  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • ½ tablespoon of pepper

  • An 8 oz bottle of Brie’s Drive-In Spicy Ketchup


Garlic Parmesan Fries

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

In a large bowl, add your ground beef and well-blended onion. Mix well using your hands. Add all of your dry spices and mix again until combined.

Take a loaf pan and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Add your meat to the pan and press to fit the pan. 

Bake in the oven for 1.5 hours. Remove from the oven once cooked through and, while the loaf is hot and fresh out of the oven, pour over a hearty helping of Brie’s Drive-In Spicy Ketchup, spreading it to cover the loaf with a heat-safe spatula. 

Slice and enjoy!
