  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • An 8 oz bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Spyki Sauce
  • A loaf of your favorite thick cut bread (we use brioche for this recipe)
  • ¼ stick of butter
  • A pack of your favorite bacon
  • Syrup

For the Spyki Syrup

Pour a ¼ cup of syrup and add a tablespoon of Spyki sauce. Stir with a spoon to combine.

For the French Toast

In a large baking dish, add your 3 eggs and milk. Whip them together well to combine. Next, pour ¼ of a bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Spyki Sauce and whip again. Once combined, take your bread and lay it in the mixture. After a moment, flip your toast to ensure both sides are coated. Continue for as many pieces of toast as you like!

Next, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt butter to coat the pan. Once the butter has melted, lay 2 pieces of toast side by side and cook. After a minute or two, flip the toast to cook the other side (both sides should be golden brown). Between each set of toast, be sure to add a little more butter to avoid burning.

While your toast is cooking, heat another medium pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, cook as much bacon as you like to package specifications.

Time to plate up! Top your french toast with bacon, drizzle Spyki syrup over the top, and enjoy!
