Elda’s Kitchen Spyki Cooking & Grilling Sauce

The spicy, candied, teriyaki kick you’ve been craving meets pizza night! This simple, homemade pizza is ready to take its place as your family’s new flavorful favorite Friday night treat! 



1 pre-made pizza crust OR favorite pizza dough of your choice. 

2 breaded chicken tenders, frozen

1 bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Spyki Cooking & Grilling Sauce

1/2 cup of your favorite cheese (we use colby jack and mozzarella for this recipe)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1 handful cilantro, diced

1 green onion, thinly sliced

Handful of peanuts, chopped

Bacon Wrapped Smokies


Pre-heat your oven according to your pizza dough/crust’s specifications.

Prepare a pizza pan lined with parchment paper or a pizza stone. 

Roll out your pizza dough (or pre-made crust) and place on parchment paper. If your dough needs to be pre-cooked before adding ingredients, do so now. 

Chop your chicken tenders into small bite-sized chunks.

Pour Elda’s Kitchen Spyki Cooking & Grilling Sauce over pizza dough and spread with a spatula to coat the pizza. You can add as much sauce as you like.

Sprinkle cheese of your choice over sauce, coating pizza evenly. Add shredded carrots and top with chopped chicken tenders.

Bake in oven according to your dough or crusts specifications.

Once you pizza is cooked all the way through, remove from oven and add the green onion and cilantro. You can also add chopped peanuts at this point. You can pour extra Spyki sauce into a bowl and serve as a dipping sauce if you like! Slice and Enjoy!
