Ingredients

  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced

  • ¼ cup bacon (can use bacon bits or cut up your own pre-cooked bacon)

  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots

  • An 8 oz bottle of Brie’s Drive-In Burger Sauce

Additional

  • A pack of wooden skewers

Directions

First, soak your wooden skewers in water. While they’re soaking, Cook your tater tots in an air fryer (or oven) to package specifications. You’ll want them to be on the crispy side.

Next, take a large baking sheet and cover it in parchment paper. Dry your skewers by rolling them on paper towels. Carefully spear your tater tots, lining them up in a row on each skewer, being sure to leave room at the bottom to hold the skewer. (We added 4 – 6 tots per skewer).

Lay your loaded skewers on the baking sheet and sprinkle each with shredded cheese, bacon, and green onions. Broil in the oven for five minutes until cheese has just started to melt.

Carefully remove from the baking sheet and plate them. Take your Brie’s Burger Sauce and drizzle it over the skewers. Grab one before they’re gone and enjoy!
