THEO’S CHILI

Ingredients 

Two cloves of garlic
One medium yellow onion
1 pound ground pork
One can diced tomatoes
One canned Pinto beans
One can dark red kidney beans
One canned corn
One canned black beans
1 cup sliced mini sweet peppers
1 tablespoon cumin
One and a half tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon oregano
One cup of your favorite beer (light ale)
Half bottle of Theos steakhouse
2 tablespoons of cornmeal

Directions:

In a large pot add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and to that add your diced onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent over medium heat.

Now add in your poblano pepper and cook for a few minutes

Add in 1 pound of ground pork and cook until most of the pink is gone.

Add in all of the canned beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.

Now add in all of your spices and cornmeal.

Add in the beer and Theo steakhouse.

Give this all a good stir season with salt And pepper and let it simmer on low For at least two hours.
