Theo’s Steakhouse Loaded Pasta Salad


Elda’s Kitchen Theo’s Steakhouse Cooking & Grilling Sauce


1 box of your favorite pasta

A dash of powdered garlic

1 onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 – 2 green onions, sliced

A dash of Kosher salt

2 medium tomatoes, diced 

3/4 cup Colby Jack (or your favorite) cheese, cubed

steak or meat of your choice, cooked

2 oz olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1- 2 oz apple cider vinegar

3.5 tablespoons Elda’s Kitchen Theo’s Steakhouse Cooking and Grilling Sauce

Prepare pasta to package specifications, drain well. We recommend cooking on the al dente side so that the pasta holds its shape as you mix ingredients later.

In a large skillet over medium high heat, sauté onion and green pepper.  To a jar or bowl, add minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and Elda’s Kitchen Theo’s Steakhouse Cooking and Grilling Sauce, mix well.

In a large bowl, add cooked meat of your choice to cooked pasta. Once onions and peppers are just starting to get tender, add them to the pasta. Mix gently with wooden spoons. Add diced tomatoes, cheese of your choice, and green onions. Mix well as you add ingredients. Once mixed, salt lightly, and add olive oil sauce mixture. Mix well. Cover and let flavors combine in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
