This simple recipe makes delicious, gourmet steakhouse tri-tip easy to prepare at home! With just 2 ingredients and 45 minutes in the oven, you’ll wow your friends and family with a perfectly cooked tri-tip steak packed with complimentary sweet, heat, and mesquite flavor.   • An 8 oz. bottole of Elda’s Kitchen Theo’s Steakhouse Cooking & Grilling Sauce

    Place your tri-tip in a sealable bag and add an entire 8oz bottle of Theo’s Steakhouse. Seal the bag, mix, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet by coating with aluminum foil and spraying with a non-stick spray.

    Remove marinating tri-tip from the fridge, rub well while in the bag to make sure meat is coated in sauce. Place on baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, place on cutting board, and let rest for 15 minutes.

    Slice, serve, and enjoy!
