VEGETABLE CHICKEN SAUTE
2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
½ Lb Boneless Chicken Breasts (cut into cubes)
4 cups of your favorite mixed vegetables (cut into cubes)
1/2 cup (1/2 Bottle) Korean Sesame Cooking & Grilling Sauce
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add Chicken and stir fry until cooked (approx 10 minutes). Add the 4 cups of mixed Vegetables, stir in a ½ bottle of Korean Sesame (use more or less to taste), cook for another 6 to 8 minutes or until the desired level of doneness. For a thicker sauce mix ½ cup water and 1 tbsp of cornstarch together in a small bowl and stir into the vegetables cooking for another 2 minutes until sauce is thickened. Serve and enjoy!
