Brie’s Wedge Salad with

Bleu Cheese Dressing


Elda’s Kitchen Hot Wing Cooking & Grilling Sauce


1 head iceberg lettuce

Diced tomatoes

Cooked bacon, broken into small pieces

1 bottle Elda’s Kitchen Hot Wing Cooking & Grilling sauce

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

5 ounces bleu cheese

1/4 cup chives, chopped

A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Pinch of kosher salt

Black pepper to taste


Bite Size Nachos


To make the salad dressing, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, 4 ounces of bleu cheese, chives, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Elda’s Kitchen Hot Wing Sauce (save some to drizzle over lettuce wedges). Put the dressing in the refrigerator for an hour or longer to allow flavors to blend.

Wash lettuce, remove excess water, and cut into wedges. Place wedges on dinner plates. Pour dressing over wedges. Top with tomatoes, chives, and bacon. Sprinkle Elda’s Kitchen Hot Wing Sauce and remaining blue cheese over the top. Enjoy!
