- 2 chicken breasts
- β bottle Eldaβs Kitchen Garlic & Herb SauceΒ
Croutons
- β loaf Italian bread, cut into 1β cubes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Eldaβs Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce
Salad
- Β½ wedge Parmesan cheese, grated into long strips
- 1 head romaine lettuce, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- Abbyβs Kitchen Organic Caesar Dressing

In a crock pot, pour β
bottle of Eldaβs Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce over chicken breasts. Cook on high for 3+ hours. Once cooked through and tender, cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.Β
Mix 1 tbsp of olive oil, minced garlic, and Eldaβs Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce with Italian bread cubes until well-coated. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add bread cubes to skillet and stir occasionally until crisp and browned (about 20 mins). Note: You can turn heat up to medium-high after 10-15 mins to help achieve desired color. Set aside.Β
Lay lettuce on two plates and top with chicken, parmesan, croutons, and Abbyβs Kitchen Organic Caesar Dressing.Β
