Growing up, our Nonni Elda Abronzino inspired us to create community through sharing homemade meals. Food has a way of bringing people together, and with her ever-open door, jovial Italian welcome, and mouthwatering cooking, Nonni Elda brought together an entire community around her table.

My earliest memories are of cooking with Nonni Elda. A stool next to the counter was the perfect spot for me to watch and learn as she poured love into everything from her classic Italian sauce to countless chiffon cakes.

Elda's Kitchen is about innovation, excitement, and having fun in the kitchen. I hope that our sauces inspire everyone from experienced chefs to new cooks—like my three kids—to get creative and have fun cooking!

I vividly recall the light green cupboards and white gas stove, and standing on a wooden stool next to the tiled counter as my mother coached me through baking a cake.
