Cobb Salad

Prep Time: 30 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 50 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ⅓ of an 8 oz bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 5-6 slices bacon, cooked to desired crispiness and crumbled (we use Blackford’s Premium)
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • Abby’s Kitchen French Dressing

Directions:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (about 20 minutes). Coat with Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce and cook for a couple more mins. Remove from heat and cut into bite-sized pieces. 

On a bed of romaine lettuce, add chicken, eggs, cherry tomatoes, bacon crumbles, and blue cheese. Top with a drizzle of Abby’s Kitchen French Dressing.
