Ingredients:
- 1 head romaine lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ⅓ of an 8 oz bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5-6 slices bacon, cooked to desired crispiness and crumbled (we use Blackford’s Premium)
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
- Abby’s Kitchen French Dressing
Directions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (about 20 minutes). Coat with Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce and cook for a couple more mins. Remove from heat and cut into bite-sized pieces.
On a bed of romaine lettuce, add chicken, eggs, cherry tomatoes, bacon crumbles, and blue cheese. Top with a drizzle of Abby’s Kitchen French Dressing.
