Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce
Nachos:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- ½ cucumber, peeled, deseeded, and diced
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives, diced

Pita chips
Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- ½ cucumber, peeled, deseeded, and grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Take chicken breasts and marinate them in a bag with ½ bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce for at least 30 mins, up to overnight.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and chicken breasts. Cook chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165º F. (about 20 mins). Slice chicken once cooked.
Mix Tzatziki sauce ingredients together and set aside. Fill two plates with pita chips and top with Tzatziki sauce, toppings, and one chicken breast each.
