Breakfast Bagel

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 Everything bagels (we use Thomas Bagels for this one)
  • 2 fried eggs, runny
  • 4-6 slices of thick-cut bacon, cooked to desired crispness (we use Blackford’s Premium Maple Bourbon Bacon)
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 avocado, halved
  • 3 tbsp spreadable cream cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp of Elda’s Kitchen Kentucky Bourbon Sauce


Directions:

Cut and toast your bagels, then smash the avocado halves into the bottoms of each bagel with a fork.

Combine cream cheese with Elda’s Kitchen Kentucky Bourbon Sauce and spread on the top halves of the bagels.

Place the tomato slices on top of the avocado, then layer with egg and 1-2 slices of bacon.

Top with the cream cheese, add bagel top, and enjoy!
