Loaded Hasselback Potatoes

Ingredients:

Toppings:

  • Sour cream
  • 4-5 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Parsley or chives

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º Fahrenheit.

Thinly slice potatoes without cutting all the way through. Use chopsticks or wooden spoons to help stop you from slicing too far. Place potatoes on a parchment-covered baking sheet. Drizzle and massage with olive oil, sprinkle with seasonings, and cook for 40 mins. 

Remove from the oven and pour Elda’s Kitchen Original Steakhouse Sauce on top, brushing it to coat well. Return to the oven and cook for another 15-20 mins until fork tender. 

Top with shredded cheese and put back in the oven one more time, just until cheese melts. Let cool, then top with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of parsley or chives and bacon crumbles.
