Loaded Homemade French Fries

Prep Time: 30 mins | Cook Time: 40 mins | Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium russet potatoes, washed and peeled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt

Toppings:

  • Sour cream
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced and deseeded
  • Brie’s Drive-In Burger Sauce
  • Chives, sliced

Directions:
Using a fry cutter or a knife, cut your potato into long strips. Soak fries in a bowl of cold water for 10-15 mins to get some of the starch out.

Preheat oven to 425º Fahrenheit.

Dry fries thoroughly, toss with olive oil and salt, then arrange on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding—leave space to allow them to crisp up.

Bake in the oven for 15 mins. Flip and bake for another 15-20 mins until golden brown and crisp.

Top with cheddar cheese, sour cream, a generous drizzle of Brie’s Drive-In Burger Sauce, bacon crumbles, jalapeños and chives.
