Ingredients:
- 8 oz cooked lobster tail meat, thawed if frozen
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley combined
- 2 top split hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp butter
- Lettuce leaves

Directions:
Combine lobster tail with mayo, lemon juice, Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce, Dijon, and seasonings. Cover and refrigerate while you prepare buns.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and toast buns on all sides until lightly crisp. Remove from heat, fill with lettuce leaves, and spoon cold lobster mixture on top. Serve with lemon wedges.
