Ingredients:
- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ an 8 oz bottle Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce

1 cup dry white wine
Garnishes
- 1 lemon, wedged
- Parsley
- Grated Parmesan
Directions:
Cook angel hair pasta to al dente and set aside.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter with oil and add garlic, shrimp, and Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce. Cook shrimp for 3-5 mins until cooked through and pink. Add wine and cook for another minute.
Pour over pasta and top with parsley, Parmesan, and juice from the lemon wedges.
