Steakhouse Pizza Dip

Prep: 30 mins | Cook Time: 25 mins | Total Time: 55 mins

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp basil
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • An 8 oz. bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Original Steakhouse Sauce
  • ½ green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced 
  • 1 handful small pepperoni
  • 5-6 slices thick-cut bacon (we use Blackford’s Premium), cooked to desired crispiness
  • 1 baguette, thinly sliced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine cream cheese and seasonings. Mix in ½ cup of the mozzarella and all parmesan. Spread into a shallow casserole dish. Pour over an entire bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Original Steakhouse Sauce and sprinkle in the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese. 

Spread the peppers, olives, and pepperonis on top and bake in the oven for 20 mins until bubbling.

Set oven to broil and place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Cook a few minutes to brown the dip topping and toast the baguette slices. Top with bacon crumbles and serve with baguette slices.
