Steakhouse Pool Dip

Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz sour cream
  • 10 oz can of RoTel mild diced tomatoes and green chilis
  • 2 cups Colby Jack cheese, finely shredded (set some aside for topping)
  • ¼ bottle Elda’s Kitchen Original Steakhouse Sauce
  • 1-2 jalapeños, diced
  • Fritos Scoops

Directions:

Mix together sour cream, RoTel, shredded cheese, and Elda’s Kitchen Original Steakhouse Sauce. Top with diced jalapeños and saved shredded cheese. 

Serve with Fritos Scoops or other chip of choice.
