Ingredients:
- 24 oz sour cream
- 10 oz can of RoTel mild diced tomatoes and green chilis
- 2 cups Colby Jack cheese, finely shredded (set some aside for topping)
- ¼ bottle Elda’s Kitchen Original Steakhouse Sauce
- 1-2 jalapeños, diced
- Fritos Scoops
Directions:
Mix together sour cream, RoTel, shredded cheese, and Elda’s Kitchen Original Steakhouse Sauce. Top with diced jalapeños and saved shredded cheese.
Serve with Fritos Scoops or other chip of choice.
