Ingredients:
- 1 personal-size watermelon
- ½ a block of feta cheese
- ¼ cup mint leaves, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Kalamata olives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ of an 8 oz bottle of Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce
Directions:
Cut the watermelon in half and, using a watermelon baller, ball both halves of the watermelon. Smooth the inside halves of the melon and fill with the watermelon balls. Sprinkle feta, olives, and mint (and salt and pepper to taste), then top with a drizzle of Elda’s Kitchen Garlic & Herb Sauce.
