Shipping charges are calculated based on current carrier rates, package weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by Elda's Kitchen.
Because our sauces are food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed for shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we're here to help. Please contact us at info@eldaskitchen.com within 5 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the damaged product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Once we review your claim, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
