At Elda's Kitchen, we take great pride in producing high-quality food products. Because our sauces are food items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products.
• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipment.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we're here to help.

Please email info@eldaskitchen.com within 5 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product(s)
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once we review your claim, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping charges are calculated based on carrier rates, package weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where an error was made by Elda's Kitchen.
